Art. 1
Nature is recognized and guaranteed inviolable rights. It is given legal, social and cultural recognition. It is Eutropia's task to act as regulator and mediator, subject to the rule of law, with respect to Nature.

Art. 2
Nature and Eutropia are, each in its own order, independent and interconnected. Their relations are governed by the concept of legal anthropomorphization. Each component, whether natural or artificial, cooperates in order to overcome unilateral, "colonial" exploitation and seeks common and egalitarian growth.
