The citizens of the TIMELINE CITY, in responsibility towards the creation, in the effort to optimize the city, to strengthen freedom, independence and peace, in the awareness of the traces left behind, certain that the strength of the people is measured by their adaptability, adopt the following constitution:
1. The city protects the freedom and rights of the people and preserves the independence and spontaneity of its inhabitants.
2. The city provides know-how, material and manpower to turn spontaneous ideas of its inhabitants into reality.
3. Built structures are considered linked to their program. Program can only be used once. If processes, plans, principles or services change, the structure must be abandoned or destroyed.
- The city ensures that these structures always remain connected to the core city.
