The city is a closed place, inside and outside at the same time, designed to protect its internal assets: people and animals, plants and soil, processes, information, animals and microorganisms.

The boundaries of the city are physically present in the form of a fence or a wall, but are also virtually defined by the boundaries of the property and the spheres of influence. But the boundary is also an illusion: the city’s biosphere is linked to its surroundings and is influenced by every change in its parameters.

The unprogrammed spaces offers only minimal conditions for behavior that should remain as free as possible. Any restriction on movement, the creation of mood and atmosphere should be prevented.

Everything should remain possible, everything should be able to happen. The environment is created by the activities of life, not the other way around.
