The type can thus be thought of as the frame within which change operates, a necessary term to the continuing dialectic required by history. From this point of view, the type, rather than being a "frozen mechanism" to produce architecture, becomes a way of denying the past, as well as a way of looking at the future.

Myth hides nothing and flaunts nothing: it distorts; myth is neither a lie nor a confession: it is an inflexion.

There is a big variety of myths. In greek mythology, every deity represents its own idea, but they always join each others in different stories, becoming a big collaboration of myths. A city behaves similarly, it is an overlay of different ideologies, which evolved over time. We are interested in the clash of different myths, how fragments begin to speak with each other, create friction, relations and new interesting situations. The city over time, a myth itself. What remains and what gets lost? How do we engage with our built identity? We want to create a myth through the composition of different ideologies.
